6-ish to 10-ish days ago i left Yumi in Takasaki, and went to Kyoto with Woody. The plan was to show him around, since i have 'experience' and kick it, enjoy temples, get drunk, etc... In reality it turned into me drinking with countless travelers in a bunch of hostels I wasnt staying at, yelling in karioke bars and just partying... pretty much non-stop since the moment i left.
At this very moment I am sitting in some place I never been to before, my friend is passed out a few feet away in the lobby and am drinking a cup of the strongest coffee i:ve ever had in a desperate attempt to stay awake. My bag is in another hostel and for the last 2 days I:ve paid to sleep in a bad i have barely looked at.
Of course there were some temples and monkeys and women in kimonos and countless conversations about everything from the meaning of life to fisting in the airplanes. All part of the fun. Wouldnt trade this for anything in the world (unless it:s a trip around the moonar orbit).

Don't party this hard man, you are a grown up now.
How do grownups party? With a bottle of rum or cup of tea in front of a fireplace?
Meh, i'll do this with my kids once they're of age. You can quote me on this one
