On the way to another temple I spotted a sign for this temple. I was very pleased with my self about that since I actually knew something about Japan that Yumi didnt. After a few U-turns we were able to find the Daruma temple.
The way it works, is you get a Daruma doll, make a wish, and fill out one of its eyes. When the wish comes true, you fill out the other eye and return it to the temple. The tricky part is they only sell Daruma one weekend a year.
