Spoon. You need a god damn spoon to dig up all the gunk out of your nose at the end of the day. Jakarta is now on the list of the top three dirtiest cities I’ve ever been in, right next to Guang Jo and Cairo. It’s hot, it’s humid, you sweat a lot and all the shit in the air just sticks to your sweat. Before I showered, I couldn't tell if I was really tanned or really dirty. We were waiting in line for something, and Yumi was hissing at me, because I was using the ticket to scrape off the dirt off my skin. It’s nuts. If I started portable shower business, I could probably retire in a month.
ジャカルタの街はこんな感じ。。ちょっと普通に外は歩けないかなって雰囲気。。。
でも実は地区全体が柵で閉ざされて、中に入るには入稿許可証がなければ入れないような、お金持ちだけが住んでいる区域も。。ほとんど家がめちゃくちゃ大きくて、お手伝いさんや運転手などが普通にいるようなお宅はほとんどが中国人。アレックスの友達の親戚（トーマス）がジャカルタにいるということでたずねてみると。。。。まあびっくり、先ほど街で見た世界とは180度違う世界が。。。ジャカルタには天国と地獄しかないのかって思ってしまいました。
ちょうどジャカルタでモーターショーが開催されているのアレックスがすかさず発見。早速言ってみました。

そのあと、 トーマスとその友達といっしょに、高級ショッピングモールでお食事。その後もおしゃれなバーに移ったけど、このクラスまで来ると値段は日本やアメリカのおしゃれなバーと同じぐらい。ちなみに、安いホテルで夕食食べたときは飲み物頼んでも二人で1000円ぐらいでした。。。。
