Yangon–getting ready to head back to Bangkok

After a week of scorching sun of Bagan, beauty of Inle lake and simple life of the Hmong people, it was time to come back to the dust and dirt of Yangon. We had just one day left before heading back to BKK and with our budget at $137 for the last day, so we were happily at peace.  We made the most of the day: woke up late, had nice lunch at ‘999 noodle’ and headed to the streets to take pictures.

This is not a jail bus.. it’s a free transport for the city hall workers.
